General Information
Apartment Security
Please ensure that all apartment sliding doors are locked when you leave the room. Storms can arise at anytime and cause in-room damage if sliding doors have not been closed.

Car Parking
​
I provide undercover parking for one car space only. Guests must park in Bay 367 on level P3. Click here to see a map of the car park. Use the fob on the set of keys to access the car park.

Check Out / Departure
​
Departure time is 11.00am. Additional charges may apply after this time. Should you wish to extend your stay, please advise me no later than 9.00am and I will endeavour to accommodate your request. The bond deposit will only be refunded once the apartment has been inspected and I have determined there is no damage.

Cleaning
​
The apartment is fully equipped with laundry facilities. Please refrain from hanging towels over the balcony. Your room will be serviced if your stay is for 8 days or longer.

Starter Packs
​
A starter pack is provided complimentary for your arrival and consists of the following - toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry powder, and a dishwasher powder sachet. Please purchase any additional items from the Woolworths supermarket located on level C.

​
There are 240 volts in all socket outlets.
Movie Selection
​
A selection of movies are recorded on the Foxtel set-top box. From the menu, choose Movies and then choose from the various selections.

Garbage
​
A garbage chute is located on each floor. Please ensure rubbish is securely contained in rubbish bags & all boxes are broken down prior to placing down chute. Please do not leave rubbish in stairwells or common areas. Glass is not to be placed down the garbage chute. Please leave all glass bottles in the bucket located in the rubbish room.

Internet Access
​
Wireless broadband is available and included free of charge. The password will be provided on check-in, printed on a laminated card in the apartment.

Keys
​
If keys are lost, please contact me so a replacement can be arranged. A replacement charge of $90.00 will apply.

Security Fobs
​
Your security fob attached to your guest key is used to gain entry to all secure areas within the building. Please ensure you have your security fob with you at all times as you will require this to gain entry.
